A Grateful Gardener

I don’t have a topic to write about this afternoon, but I was thinking how lucky I am to have a great place to garden. I live in a place that with all of its interesting weather and unique soils I am successful and have a lovely yard. Gardening is a way for me to feel whole and happy. My thoughts go out to those who are starting over, who are just happy to still be here. I did send something to the Red Cross to help with recovery.
Tomorrow more gardening tips, promise. Here a two photos I thought you might want to see of my edible garden and my one of my front perennial beds.
Take care.

  1. Nice Marnie. I like your hoop frame, makes covering easy. Marsha

  2. It is so satisfying to see green shoots coming up from the seeds I planted in the last couple of weeks. My first batch of tomato plants froze but my second batch look good and I will stay on top of the weather better this time. Marnie, your gardens look beautiful!
