More gardening information soon!

Hello gardeners and friends!

Our 2 acre property for 17 years 

I have not only been absent with gardening information for my blog, but also from my face book site. But I have a good reason; we are in escrow. Yep we are selling our 2 acre home, huge garage, and my beloved gardens. It is very, very bittersweet.

We have found a very nice home with a large yard in a perfect location. I will continue blog posts once I get started in the new garden/yard.
I appreciate you sticking with me during this time of relocation.

In the meantime watering in the heat of the summer it most important. The past week has been wet here in the high desert. Some got more than needed, but my gardens were blessed with a great soaking. 
Don't fret is some of you perennials and shrubs are smaller or not blooming like your remember, its been very hot and this is how they stay happy. 
The name of the game is saving your plants while saving water, not easy for sure.

I love soaker hose watering, it does save water. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions, more to follow after our move.
